The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for managing and overseeing system entries related to outbound stock movements. The role ensures high service levels, accurate reporting, and smooth coordination between internal teams and customers.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry of all outbound shipments in WMS / ERP systems
- Ensure outbound stock is dispatched correctly in the system
- Plan and organize shifts and staffing levels based on business needs
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Follow customer SOPs and consistently meet SLA targets
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives
- Ensure safe and compliant working practices
