Role Overview – HR Intern
As an HR Intern at Deloitte, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team and play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for different business verticals.
📍 Location: Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai (Hybrid)
🕒 Duration: 6 Months (Full-time Internship)
💼 Type: Internship (Talent Acquisition – HR)
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Build a pipeline of both active and passive candidates to meet hiring demands
- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interview processes and manage communication with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and leverage past applicant pools
- Assist in developing job descriptions and interview questions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
