Role Overview – HR Intern

As an HR Intern at Deloitte, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team and play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for different business verticals.

📍 Location: Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai (Hybrid)
🕒 Duration: 6 Months (Full-time Internship)
💼 Type: Internship (Talent Acquisition – HR)

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
• Build a pipeline of both active and passive candidates to meet hiring demands
• Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate interview processes and manage communication with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and leverage past applicant pools
• Assist in developing job descriptions and interview questions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
