The Digital Excellence Centre (DEC) focuses on building products and platforms to provide extraordinary customer experiences using design thinking and advanced technology. The team includes technology specialists, quality engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and product managers.
💼 Job Role: Executive / Sr Executive – Manual/Automation Testing
As an Executive in the DEC team, you will build strong relationships with teams and clients to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the application under test and plan, author, and execute test cases
- Conduct exploratory testing and provide detailed analysis
- Identify test cases for automation and implement them
- Detect defects, log them, and track resolutions
Skills & Requirements:
- Deep understanding of software testing concepts, levels, and processes
- Knowledge or experience in test automation
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to prioritize testing and report outcomes
- Good communication and teamwork to collaborate with developers, clients, and stakeholders
- Programming skills, basic SQL, XML, web development, and web services knowledge are a plus
Qualifications:
- Graduation required; Engineering background preferred
- Ability to work hybrid with minimal travel
