Role Overview – What You’ll Do
As an Associate – Air Freight, you will provide best-in-class service to DHL’s global air freight operations. Comprehensive training will be provided to perform a wide range of air freight activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand country-specific documentation requirements and execute jobs as per SOPs
- Meet department SLAs and KPIs consistently
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery with high quality standards
- Perform shipment creation and enrichment
- Upload documents and prepare CONSOLs
- Handle inbound consols and post-flight tracking
- Manage exception handling and milestone updates
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and business partners
- Proactively flag operational challenges to supervisors
Eligibility & Required Skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (Logistics / Industrial Engineering / Management preferred)
Experience
- 0 – 3 years experience in BPO or Logistics (Preferred)
Skills & Abilities
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Exposure to ERP systems (added advantage)
- Detail-oriented with strong logical reasoning
- High level of customer centricity
