🎯 Key Responsibilities
As an Ocean Freight Associate, you will be trained to handle the end-to-end shipping lifecycle:
Shipment Management: Create and enrich shipments, upload documents, and manage CONSOL (Consolidation) enrichment.
Logistics Coordination: Execute transport bookings, send shipping instructions, and perform security filings.
Documentation: Verify draft Master Bills of Lading (MBL) and manage carrier release milestones.
Milestone Tracking: Track and update shipment milestones and notify customers/brokers of arrivals.
SLA Compliance: Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met with high accuracy.
