About the Role
As a Customer Support Associate in the International Non-Voice process, candidates will handle customer queries related to the healthcare domain. This role requires strong communication and typing skills, along with a willingness to work in night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through non-voice channels
- Provide accurate and clear information to customers
- Maintain quality standards in communication
- Document information in the internal systems
- Follow guidelines and process requirements
Shift & Transportation Details
- Night shift (flexible to work in any shift)
- Cab facility: One-way drop cab up to 30 km (doorstep drop)
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Arts & Science UG Graduates (2020–2025)
- No arrears
- PG, BE/BTech/MBA candidates are not eligible
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Good listening ability
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Experience:
- Only freshers eligible
- Candidates with prior experience in other fields are not eligible
