As a Customer Support Associate, you will:
- Interact with customers via chat/email (non-voice).
- Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deliver a seamless customer experience in international process.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✔️ UG Arts & Science Graduates (2020 – 2025 pass-outs)
✔️ 2025 Graduates with 6th-semester results are eligible (need 4 original + 2 online copies).
❌ Not Eligible: PG, BE/B.Tech, and ongoing 2025 pursuing graduates.
✔️ Excellent communication, listening, and typing skills.
🕒 Work Schedule
- Shift: Night shift & rotational shifts
- Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
- Cab Facility: One-way cab up to 30 km
