Eligibility Criteria
- Only Arts and Science UG graduates are eligible

- Postgraduates and engineering graduates (B.E/B.Tech/MBA) are not eligible
- Only freshers can apply; prior experience not allowed

Job Responsibilities
- Handle international healthcare non-voice processes
- Review, process and manage healthcare-related data
- Maintain accuracy and adherence to SLA requirements
- Ensure effective communication through email or internal systems
Interview Process
- Walk-in interview (Monday to Friday)
- Screening based on eligibility
- HR and process-level evaluation
