Job Description
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an System Analyst– IT located in Chennai.
What a typical day looks like:
- Team Motivation, Identifying Team area of Improvement & Development plans, Distribution of Jobs, Support ticket Queue monitoring, Training and Mentoring.
- Understanding and Mapping, Configuring for the New Customer on Board, designing the IT process to match the operation mapping (Forward & Reverse Logistics, Consignment Inventories) according to the Customer Business Requirement
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- 0-2 years of hands on in handling SQL Queries.
- Experience in identifying and resolving technical issues in SQL environment.
- Should be able to analyze SQL logs and identify errors.
- Should have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ware house/ Red Prairie functional knowledge would be added advantage.
- Should have Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
