2️⃣ Medical Billing – Non Voice (Day Shift)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers eligible
- Any Graduate (as per role requirements)
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in day or night shifts
- Post Graduates & Pharmacy candidates are not eligible
🧑💻 Roles & Responsibilities
AR Executive (Semi Voice)
- Call US insurance payers to resolve claim issues
- Handle denials & non-denials using PMS/internal systems
- Work on payments, adjustments & self-pay resolutions
- Identify trends, issues & escalate to supervisors
- Maintain SOPs, issue logs & trackers
- Participate in RCM training sessions
- Ensure error-free claim resolution
Medical Billing (Non Voice)
- Review claim documents accurately
- Update billing systems and records
- Maintain trackers and process logs
- Support end-to-end RCM operations
