🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Product Specialist, you are the face of Freshworks for high-value global clients:
End-to-End Ownership: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs.
Technical Partner: Act as a bridge between the customer and the internal Engineering/Product teams.
Root Cause Analysis: Go beyond the surface to identify why a technical problem occurred and implement long-term fixes.
Omnichannel Support: Provide premium assistance via email, chat, and calls to global brands.
Documentation: Create FAQs and Knowledge Base articles to help other users.
✅ Who is Eligible? (Must-Have Skills)
Experience: 1 to 6 years in a technical support or customer-facing role.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills (structured and clear).
Technical Knowledge: * Familiarity with Windows, macOS, or Linux.
