  • Experience Required: 0 – 5 Years
  • Salary: ₹1.5 – ₹2.25 LPA
  • Qualification: Any Graduate

  1. Attendance & Staff Management:
    • Maintain attendance records for staff and ensure smooth workforce management.
    • Coordinate leave requests, late comings, and attendance-related queries.
  2. Vendor Coordination:
    • Liaise with logistics vendors and partners to ensure timely deliveries and operations.
    • Manage vendor documentation and contracts for seamless workflow.
  3. Warehouse Oversight:
    • Monitor warehouse operations, stock movements, and shipments.
    • Support warehouse staff in operational tasks and report discrepancies.
  4. Front Desk & Administrative Tasks:
    • Handle front office responsibilities including visitor management and phone calls.
    • Maintain office systems, documentation, and ensure organized administrative operations.
  5. System Administration Support:
    • Assist in maintaining operational software and internal databases.
    • Generate reports as required for management review.
