🧩 Roles & Responsibilities

As an AI & Data Science Intern in the MICT Team, you will:

• Develop intelligent systems to automate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using historical service data.
• Design and deploy scalable AI models that analyze unstructured complaint text and extract actionable insights.
• Implement data preprocessing pipelines to clean, normalize, and structure large datasets.
• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4o for healthcare-specific tasks.
• Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks using historical and technical data.
• Collaborate with domain experts to validate and enhance AI model performance.
• Utilize Python, C++, AWS, and AI/ML frameworks for deployment.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Currently pursuing M.Tech / ME in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science from a recognized institute.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Transformers, and Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience in Prompt Engineering, RAG-based architectures, and Vector Databases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and large-scale dataset handling.
• Familiarity with medical product data and RCA methodologies is an advantage.
