Key Responsibilities:

• Handle data, voice, VPN, and leased line activations
• Perform provisioning and service validation using templates
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver services
• Maintain service records and monitor provisioning queues
• Learn OSS/BSS systems like Cramer, Siebel, Remedy

What You’ll Learn:

• Network configuration and telecom provisioning systems
• VLANs, routing, and IP address management
• Ticketing tools & SLA management

Required Skills:

• Strong communication (verbal & written)
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, routing, switching)
