– Contact Centre –

  • Candidate will function customer support govt resolving buyer queries in step with the consumer and enterprise pointers.
  • People with expertise in dealing with Inbound calls from UK prospects.
  • Work Expertise & Qualification standards:
  • Glorious communication expertise – each verbal and written – with an expert phone etiquette
  • Useful, empathetic, and captivated with customer support
  • More energizing/ Expertise in UK Inbound calling ideally in Banking area

Job Description:

  • Reply all inbound queries as per name circulation process.
  • Adherence to course of to make sure top quality and customer support.
  • Observe escalation procedures for points uncontrollable at agent stage First name decision.
  • Break schedule adherence.
  • Involvement in motivational actions, implementing suggestions given throughout monitoring classes
  • Updating numerous logs like escalation log, grievance tracker and many others.
