Job Highlights

Selection Process

• Respond to customer queries via email in a professional manner
• Analyze issues and provide accurate resolutions
• Use internal tools and resources to troubleshoot customer concerns
• Document cases and maintain detailed reports
• Handle store-based, employee-based, and coupon-related escalations

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience in USA-based process preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
