🎯 Job Responsibilities
As a Provisioning & Activation Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in provisioning of Data, Voice, VPN and Leased Line services
- Performing service activation and validation using configuration scripts
- Coordinating with engineering, field operations and service assurance teams
- Monitoring order queues and handling provisioning via OSS/BSS tools
- Tracking and escalating configuration or delivery issues
- Maintaining accurate customer and network records
- Updating service status and documentation
- Working in shift operations and meeting SLA targets
📚 What You Will Learn
This role offers excellent learning exposure in telecom and networking systems, including:
- Provisioning tools like Cramer, Siebel, Remedy
- Network device configuration
- IP Address management, VLANs, routing protocols
- Telecom service delivery processes
- Ticketing and monitoring systems
- Cross-functional coordination in real-time network operations
🧠 Required Skills
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, routing, switching)
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Interest in telecom infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is a plus
🎓 Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory)
- Cisco CCNA (Beginner Level)
- NOC or Telecom Network Fundamentals Training
