📝 Job Description
As a Provisioning & Activation Executive, you will support HCLTech’s telecom service delivery team by managing provisioning tasks, ensuring timely activation of services, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
This role is perfect for fresh graduates who want to build a career in networking, telecom, and IT operations.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in provisioning data, voice, VPN, and leased line services based on customer requirements.
- Perform service activation using standard scripts and templates.
- Coordinate with engineering, field operations, and service assurance teams.
- Monitor provisioning order queues through OSS/BSS tools.
- Track and escalate delays or configuration issues.
- Document completed tasks and update provisioning records.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer circuits and configurations.
- Participate in shift operations and meet SLA targets.
🎓 Eligibility & Education
- Education: Graduate in Arts or Science (Only)
- Not Eligible: B.E, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc candidates
- Networking Courses: Basic knowledge or certification is an advantage (e.g., CCNA)
🛠️ Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic networking knowledge (IP address, routing, switching, VLANs)
- Eagerness to learn telecom systems & tools (Cramer, Siebel, Remedy)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts & weekends)
- Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting tools is a plus
🎯 Preferred Certifications (Optional)
- Cisco CCNA (Beginner level)
- NOC or Telecom Fundamentals Training
