🔹 Job Description

As an Insurance Associate in the UK Life & Pension domain, you will play a key role in managing insurance operations, ensuring compliance, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure process adherence and SOP compliance across delivery teams
• Drive quality assurance and operational excellence
• Support training, knowledge management, and SME development using GenAI tools
• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance, Quality, and Transformation teams
• Support transition activities including knowledge transfer and ramp-up
• Implement process improvements and automation initiatives
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness

🔹 Required Qualifications & Experience

• 1 to 10 years of experience in Insurance Operations
• Strong domain knowledge in Life Insurance & Pensions
• Understanding of Irish regulatory landscape and insurance lifecycle
• Experience in claims, policy servicing, and insurance processing
• Exposure to automation and transformation tools
• Experience in SOP development, audits, and compliance
