🔧 Key Skills & Requirements
- Prior experience in International Voice Support / Service Desk
- Comfortable working in a call support environment
- Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (preferably ServiceNow)
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and RSA Token
- Experience troubleshooting VPN, Citrix, and VDI issues
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
🧑💻 Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain high login efficiency and availability to support users
- Handle and resolve tickets within defined SLAs (volume & TAT)
- Manage inbound calls (≈90% of daily workload)
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory norms, and company policies
- Respond to user queries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Assign incidents/work orders to appropriate teams and follow through to closure
- Diagnose and resolve issues through user interaction, log analysis, and troubleshooting
- Deliver Level-1 remote desktop support as per SOPs
- Drive strong customer experience with First Call Resolution, low AHT, and reduced reopens
- Update work logs accurately and follow escalation protocols
