🔧 Key Skills & Requirements

  • Prior experience in International Voice Support / Service Desk

  • Experience troubleshooting VPN, Citrix, and VDI issues
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

🧑‍💻 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain high login efficiency and availability to support users
  • Handle and resolve tickets within defined SLAs (volume & TAT)
  • Manage inbound calls (≈90% of daily workload)
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory norms, and company policies
  • Respond to user queries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Assign incidents/work orders to appropriate teams and follow through to closure
  • Diagnose and resolve issues through user interaction, log analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Deliver Level-1 remote desktop support as per SOPs
  • Drive strong customer experience with First Call Resolution, low AHT, and reduced reopens
  • Update work logs accurately and follow escalation protocols
