Responsibilities & Skill Requirements
As a Process Associate, you will be the face of the company for client interactions. Your primary tasks will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Responding promptly to customer queries via email and chat.
Data Management: Accurately entering and managing data across various databases.
Problem Solving: Troubleshooting issues and escalating complex problems to senior teams when necessary.
Must-Have Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle email and chat-based support efficiently.
A Bachelor’s degree in any Arts or Science discipline.
