- Strong grammar, sentence construction, and pronunciation
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Typing speed: Minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Comfortable working 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
