📝 Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive at Hexaware, you will handle domestic voice process (inbound and outbound calls) and provide quality customer support in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions
• Communicate fluently in English along with Kannada / Hindi / Malayalam (mandatory)
• Maintain professionalism in inbound & outbound calls
• Work in rotational shifts (5 days a week with 2 rotational offs)
• Ensure excellent grammar, pronunciation, and sentence construction while speaking

✅ Eligibility Criteria

✔ Any Graduate (candidates with arrears not eligible)
✔ Freshers with excellent communication can apply
✔ Prior experience in customer support / call center preferred
✔ Immediate joiners only
✔ Strong communication (written & verbal) is mandatory

• Freshers: Flat ₹2.25 LPA (irrespective of language)
