📝 Job Description
Hexaware Technologies is hiring Executives for the Tamil Voice Process at its Coimbatore office. This is a direct company walk-in, suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently through inbound/outbound calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain high typing accuracy (minimum 22 WPM, 85% accuracy).
- Work 5 days a week with rotational offs.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate (arrears accepted)
- Languages Required: Tamil & English (good grammar and pronunciation)
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates in voice process can apply.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Location Preference: Candidates from Coimbatore are highly preferred.
