This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates with strong communication skills in multiple Indian languages.

About the Role
This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls for a domestic voice process. Candidates must possess strong verbal communication and be fluent in one or more languages such as Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, or English.
The position offers excellent exposure in customer interaction, call handling, and communication enhancement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate (candidates with arrears are not eligible)
- Excellent communication in Malayalam / Kannada / Hindi / English
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Immediate joiners only
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
- Willing to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
- Strong grammar, pronunciation, and sentence formation
Salary Details
- Freshers: 2.25 LPA (flat, regardless of language)
- Kannada speakers: Up to 3.8 LPA
- Malayalam speakers: Up to 3.8 LPA
Experienced candidates may receive salary based on skill and performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Good listening skills and patience
- Candidates currently in Chennai preferred (others can apply if ready to relocate immediately)
