🧑💻 Job Description – Non-Voice Process
As a Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice), you will be responsible for providing excellent chat and email-based support to clients and customers. Your primary role is to resolve queries, deliver quick responses, and ensure customer satisfaction without voice-based communication.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide email and chat support to customers.
- Respond promptly to queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of written communication, grammar, and tone.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to quality and performance metrics.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- ✅ Education: Any graduate (Candidates with arrears are not eligible)
- ✅ Experience: 0 – 4 years (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome)
- ✅ Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
- ✅ Shifts: 24/7 rotational (5 working days, 2 rotational offs)
