🗣️ Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints through voice support
- Ensure clear and professional communication with customers
- Troubleshoot basic issues and provide resolutions
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely responses
- Follow standard procedures and policies
- Maintain quality standards and call documentation
🔧 Key Skills Required
- Strong verbal communication in English and at least one regional language
- Good grammar, sentence construction, and pronunciation
- Minimum typing speed of 22 WPM with 85% accuracy
- Basic customer service etiquette
- Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls effectively
- Quick learning attitude and flexibility in shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
