- Attend inbound and outbound customer calls
- Handle inquiries and complaints effectively

- Maintain professionalism during customer interactions
- Ensure data accuracy and adhere to process guidelines

- Qualification: Any graduate (candidates with arrears can apply)
- Experience: 0 – 2 years

- Shift: 5 days working, 2 rotational weekly offs
