Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
- Ensure clear communication, both spoken and written
- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow communication protocols
- Work in rotational shifts with 2 rotational weekly offs
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (Candidates with arrears cannot apply)
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam / Kannada / Hindi, along with English (mandatory)
- Freshers with excellent language skills are also eligible
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Must be willing to work from office in Chennai
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in voice process (inbound/outbound) is an added advantage
- Good grammar, pronunciation, and sentence structure
- Ability to handle customer interactions confidently
- Ready to relocate to Chennai if selected
- Must have all required documents ready for background verification
