Salary Details

• Freshers: 2.25 LPA
• Kannada Support: Up to 3.8 LPA
• Malayalam Support: Up to 3.8 LPA

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate (candidates with arrears are not eligible)
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam / Kannada / Hindi / English
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
• Should have good grammar, pronunciation and sentence construction
• Must be ready to work 5 days a week with rotational weekly offs

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide clear and effective communication
• Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain call quality standards and follow process guidelines
