🎯 Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Domestic Voice Process Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound & outbound customer calls.
- Providing customer support in English and any regional language.
- Responding to customer queries efficiently & professionally.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Demonstrating strong typing skills (min 22 WPM with 85% accuracy).
- Maintaining excellent grammar, sentence construction & pronunciation.
👤 Desired Candidate Profile
- Freshers & experienced candidates (0–2 years) can apply.
- Any graduate can apply (candidates with arrears also considered).
- Strong verbal & written communication in English.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates from Coimbatore will be given preference.
- Comfortable working 5 days/week with 2 rotational offs.
