Job Description:
Sagility India is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers for its International Voice Customer Support process. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates and undergraduates to start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle international voice calls efficiently and professionally.
- Process customer claims as per guidelines.
- Maintain service levels and ensure quality standards are met.
- Take ownership of work and collaborate with team members.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality goals.
- Follow attendance and punctuality norms strictly.
- Continuously acquire knowledge related to the process.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduates / Undergraduates eligible to apply.
- B.E. / B.Tech freshers can apply.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must maintain professional conduct and team collaboration.
