🔑 Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Training Coordination: Schedule and manage client training sessions based on sales agreements.
- 📞 Sales Support: Handle inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, and assist small/direct accounts.
- 🤝 Client Relationship Building: Understand customer needs and offer relevant training solutions.
- 🧾 CRM Management: Maintain client communication logs and training booking records in ADM.
- 🛠️ Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams like sales, BSS, training, and operations.
- 📈 Upsell & Cross-Sell: Proactively suggest additional Maersk Training services.
- 💬 Client Meetings: Participate in client discussions to understand requirements and drive satisfaction.
🎓 What You Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Freshers with strong motivation also considered)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Fluent in English
