🚀 About the Role – Customer Connect Specialist

The Customer Connect Specialist plays a vital role as the first point of contact (L1 support) for customers. You’ll provide essential support to global clients through various communication channels, ensuring timely responses, issue resolution, and a positive customer experience.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and other channels.
  • Deliver L1 technical support and escalate issues to higher levels when necessary.
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to customer issues and requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and resolutions provided.
  • Support customers during runtime activities and offer troubleshooting guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and standards.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Science or Engineering preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or service role.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical engineering/science is desirable.
  • Strong customer focus and a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and Power Apps is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both written and spoken English are mandatory.
  • Additional international language skills are a plus.
