📌 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide customer support via voice process (English & Hindi).
✔️ Handle customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
✔️ Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
✔️ Maintain professional communication while resolving issues.
📝 Eligibility Criteria
🔹 Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass).
🔹 Experience: 1 year in BPO preferred, Freshers can also apply.
🔹 Communication: Excellent in English & Hindi.
🔹 Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
🔹 Must have a quiet workspace and required system specifications (see below).
