Your Role and Responsibilities

As a CSM Intern at IBM, you will not only support client accounts but also contribute as a technical architect. The role demands strong analytical skills, hands-on problem-solving, and an ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple explanations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding clients’ technical challenges and supporting their migration, deployment, and adoption of IBM Hybrid Cloud and AI offerings.
  • Facilitating business framing workshops and helping clients identify value-driven use cases.
  • Leading technical discussions that influence decision-making based on IBM’s solution capabilities.
  • Creating customer success plans to ensure high adoption and satisfaction post-deployment.
  • Supporting solution architecture design, MVP builds, and technical demonstrations.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful client experiences.

Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Required Technical and Professional Skills

  • Students pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Computer Science Engineering (E-Schools preferred).
  • Strong technical aptitude demonstrated through academic excellence or technical projects.
  • Deep interest in learning and working with advanced technologies.
  • Understanding of Microservices Architecture and Kubernetes deployments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot application deployments and recommend best practices.
  • Experience or interest in experiential selling through demos, POCs, and MVPs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong teamwork skills.
  • Customer-first approach with an understanding of how technology solves business problems.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with IBM products, IBM Cloud, or the broader IBM technology ecosystem.
