🌟 Role Overview
As a Process Associate – Procure to Pay (P2P), you will support end-to-end Accounts Payable operations and vendor management. This role involves handling financial transactions, resolving queries, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Handle all accounting activities related to Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Process vendor invoices and track transaction workflow
- Identify discrepancies, exceptions, and invoice issues
- Recognize potential risks and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain SLAs, deadlines, and operational accuracy
- Manage vendor accounts and follow up on pending queries
- Support compliance and standard accounting procedures
