Your Role & Responsibilities
As an IBMer in the Consulting division, you will be the bridge between global healthcare clients and their operational needs. Your daily tasks will include:
- Order Coordination: Managing and coordinating activities associated with order management.
- Issue Resolution: Handling customer inquiries and requests via calls and email follow-ups.
- Strategic Thinking: Recognizing potential threats in the process and suggesting proactive solutions.
- Compliance: Strictly adhering to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and timelines to ensure client satisfaction.
