Location: Across India
Experience: 0-2 Years
Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Commerce, Arts, Science, Business, Management, Computers, Biology)
Department: Branch Banking

Job Purpose:

The role entails providing best in-class customer service to become their banking partner of choice through efficient and cost effective customer engagement. The role bearer would be responsible for client engagement, customer service, operations, liability build up, cross sales at the designated branch and ensure regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily customer engagement for CA/SA/TD build-up and cross-selling of products
• Achieve business targets assigned as per performance scorecard
• Provide customer-centric solutions based on client needs
• Ensure higher product penetration per relationship
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
• Maintain adherence to banking regulations like KYC, AML, and data security
• Handle cash and non-cash transactions such as DD/MC, fund transfers, and vault management
• Regularly update key registers and reconcile suspense accounts
