Job Purpose
The role focuses on acquiring new customers for the bank’s savings account products. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, explaining product benefits, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire savings accounts from identified customer segments and generate referrals.
- Ensure high-quality customer acquisition with the right product and segment mix.
- Onboard and activate customers on the bank’s digital platforms.
- Assist senior managers in catchment mapping and branch scoping.
- Provide regular feedback to management about customer needs and opportunities.
- Maintain sales compliance and follow bank SOPs.
- Conduct field activities to attract HNI (High Net Worth Individual) customers.
- Work on central initiatives and obtain referrals from existing customers.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver quality products and services.
