🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Executive, you are responsible for the daily efficiency of the Cabin Crew during your shift:
Operational Control: Act as the duty in-charge, ensuring on-time reporting and mandatory pre-flight medical checks for all crew.
Briefing & Compliance: Provide critical operational updates and ensure crew carry all mandatory documents and circulars.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Crew Control, Scheduling, Training, and Catering to manage flight delays or roster changes.
Performance Metrics: Drive efficiency in the briefing cycle to improve On-Time Performance (OTP) and meet weekly KPIs.
Crew Welfare & Monitoring: Monitor attendance, manage absences, and optimize roster planning to avoid crew shortages while ensuring safety and security.
Reporting: Ensure all flight reports are submitted on time and assist in developing departmental policies.
