✅ Job Responsibilities Provide first-level support and resolve customer issues via calls, chats, or email . Troubleshoot technical issues related to VPN, drivers, Active Directory, O365, and networking basics . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the service management system. Build rapport with customers, listen actively, and provide timely solutions. Collaborate with other teams to escalate unresolved technical issues. Participate in client-mandated training programs to enhance skills.
