✅ Job Responsibilities
Provide first-level support and resolve customer issues via calls, chats, or email .
Troubleshoot technical issues related to VPN, drivers, Active Directory, O365, and networking basics .
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the service management system.
Build rapport with customers, listen actively, and provide timely solutions.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate unresolved technical issues.
Participate in client-mandated training programs to enhance skills.
Maintain excellent communication and adhere to shift requirements including night shifts .
🧠 Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
Basic knowledge of Operating Systems, Networking, and Cloud Computing
Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Control M is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to handle customers with professionalism and empathy
Willing to work in US shifts, 24×7 environment
