Responsibilities

As a Process Executive, your role will include:

• Delivering on day-to-day process targets and ensuring customer SLA compliance.
• Working in client-defined shift timings, including night shifts if required.
• Following governance and compliance mechanisms set by the client.
• Executing transactions accurately and within prescribed guidelines & timelines.

Technical & Professional Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work in business-aligned shifts (24×7 environment, including night shifts).
• Flexibility to adapt to new work methods or systems to improve performance.
• Mortgage knowledge will be considered an added advantage.
