Responsibilities
As a Process Executive, your role will include:
- Delivering on day-to-day process targets and ensuring customer SLA compliance.
- Working in client-defined shift timings, including night shifts if required.
- Following governance and compliance mechanisms set by the client.
- Executing transactions accurately and within prescribed guidelines & timelines.
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work in business-aligned shifts (24×7 environment, including night shifts).
- Flexibility to adapt to new work methods or systems to improve performance.
- Mortgage knowledge will be considered an added advantage.
