Eligibility Criteria:

• Only B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MCA graduates.
• No BE/BTech candidates allowed.
• Must be a fresher with 0 years of experience.
• Minimum of 50% academic performance in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
• Good communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Must be comfortable working in night shifts and weekend support.

• Handle customer requests and ensure service level agreements are met.
