Job Description

A Customer Support Associate (CSA) is required to resolve customer queries via call and chat. The role demands good communication skills, a strong ability to navigate computer systems, and a focus on delivering high-quality customer service. The CSA will be responsible for addressing customer concerns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer queries through call and chat support.
• Provide accurate solutions and assist customers effectively.
• Demonstrate good computer navigational skills.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective responses.
• Follow company policies and procedures in handling customer interactions.

Working Hours:

• 9 hours per day (8 hours of work and 1-hour break).
• 5 working days with 2 days off every 2 weeks.
• Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts is required.

Required Candidate Profile:
