About the Job – International KYC Analyst

Teleperformance is looking for detail-oriented and compliance-focused professionals to handle international client onboarding, periodic KYC reviews, and risk assessments while ensuring compliance with global AML and CFT regulations.

This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in international banking operations and KYC processes.

Job Responsibilities

As an International KYC Analyst, your responsibilities include:

• Conduct KYC due diligence for international clients including corporates, financial institutions, and individuals
• Review and validate client documentation as per global regulatory standards
• Perform periodic and event-driven KYC refreshes
• Identify and escalate high-risk cases to Compliance and senior stakeholders
• Maintain accurate client records in internal systems
• Work closely with Compliance, Legal, and Relationship Management teams

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year experience in International KYC process
• MNC work experience is required
• CIBIL score above 670 is mandatory

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in the following domains will have an added advantage:

• Payments Operations
• Account Maintenance
• Account Opening / KYC
• AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Analyst roles
