- Identify Talented Creators: Research creators on ShareChat and other platforms.
- Relationship Building: Onboard and train creators for Friendzone (1-on-1 audio chats).
- Engagement Management: Communicate offers, campaigns, and events to users and hosts.
- Campaign Support: Boost social media presence during internal challenges.
- Content Moderation: Monitor posts, DMs, and user profiles to maintain quality.
- Performance Analysis: Track creator performance using metrics and tools like Excel & Google Sheets.
- Monetization Guidance: Help creators understand gifting behavior and drive revenue.
🎯 Ideal Candidate
- Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in content, creator, or agency roles.
- Proficient in Tamil and English – both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent with Google Sheets & Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Understands regional culture and content preferences.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and analytical.
