About the Role
The IT Systems Analyst will be responsible for developing QlikSense Apps, connecting to various databases, and supporting business teams with accurate reporting solutions. The role will focus on purchasing systems, data reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement of IT tools for purchasing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop QlikSense Apps and connect with databases such as GCP, SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Looker Studio.
- Create and maintain business reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Support new purchasing systems such as iERP by defining and creating reports.
- Act as a bridge between the purchasing business team and the global IT systems team.
- Provide daily first-line support for buyers and the purchasing business team (system issues, iERP, mainframe issues).
- Drive continuous improvement in IT tools for purchasing and supply chain management.
- Perform root cause analysis, issue tracking, and resolution in coordination with internal and external support teams.
- Support purchasing initiatives and business excellence projects.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Education & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in an IT department or in related fields (Commodity, Transport, SCM, etc.).
- Strong background in software tools, data structures, and system integration.
✅ Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Strong experience in GCP, Looker Studio, QlikSense, and Alteryx.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SCM systems, SAP, DBDL, and new parts set-up processes.
- Visual Basic or other programming experience (desirable but not essential).

- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to self-train on new tools.
