Roles & Responsibilities
As an IT Solutions Delivery Trainee, you will:
- Assist the Help Desk Team in delivering technology support.
- Support ISO audits and maintain documentation.
- Manage and update the Knowledge Base.
- Assist with Learning & Development (L&D) modules.
- Participate in project transition activities.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve IT issues.
- Provide online security advice to users.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including vendors.
- Deliver customer service via multiple channels (human, digital, self-service, automated).
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Any Degree from a recognized university (2024 pass-out).
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL.
- Understanding of ERP applications (Oracle EBS preferred).
- Familiarity with ITIL, Oracle Applications, Cloud, and Infrastructure.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work from office (WFO).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
