- Deliver high-quality customer service as per company guidelines
Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (Voice / Non-Voice)
- Laptop and stable broadband internet connection (mandatory)
- Candidates should not be pursuing studies
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational week off
- Shifts: Rotational (Day/Night shifts included)
- Process Type: Blended (Chat, Email, Inbound & Outbound Calls)
